After the very successful 2023 season from our competitive aged teams culminating in two grandfinals and a premiership, and our non competitive aged teams being so well represented in numbers, we are more than ever looking to expand our team base and develop our talent within to represent the PFNC in the highest divisions possible.

This focus will allow for natural growth and improvement in each player which will only benefit the PFNC in future years.

AUSKICK

The NAB AFL Auskick program is available to boys and girls aged 5-12 years of age (children must be turning 5 in the calendar year). Through Weekly sessions children will learn the skills of the game in a fun and safe environment.

Throughout the season we aim to have family nights with Pizza or Pies and generally finish on a parents v’s kids game. We also have the opportunity for grade 2+ students to attend and play a halftime grid game at an AFL game and the Super Clinic held at Simmonds Stadium, where we get the chance to meet players from the Geelong Cats.

IMPORTANT: All registrations and payments must be completed online through the Auskick Website www.aflauskick.com.au prior to starting Auskick. For more information or queries please contact our Junior Football Coordinator.

Demons Junior Pathway Program

The Junior Pathway Program is a new Club initiative designed at bridging the gap between junior and senior levels in both football and netball. We aim to invite a select group of players from both codes and develop them in many different facets of their sport including wellbeing, nutrition, leadership and physical conditioning. We very much want to spend time and effort in developing our local talent to become future stars and leaders of the PFNC and the community in general.

Dan O’Meara

About Me: I grew up as a young child in a football club environment and having now, four children of my own, I wanted to involve myself and my family in a club where they can experience the same. PFNC provides that in every way. A football/netball club community offers so much to families and young people and it is my aim in this role that all who join in 2024 get as much joy and fun out of the season as possible.
